St. Joseph’s is led by an experienced management team, supported by administrative and operational staff and governed by a Board of Directors to ensure compliance, transparency and operational sustainability.

We invest in our staff through training, upskilling and development of individuals and teams, and orientates and facilitates a learning environment. It is part of our vision to become a Centre of Excellence in paediatric intermediary care and an employer of choice. Many of our staff have been with St. Joseph’s for a couple of decades – testament to their dedicated and unwavering belief in what we do.
