Terms and Conditions

St. Joseph’s Home for Children is a private, registered Non-Profit organisation as per the Non-Profit Organization Act (Act 71 of 1997). NPO # 002-908. St. Joseph’s Home is registered as a Public Benefit Organisation as per Section 18A of the Income Tax Act (Act 58 of 1962).

As per the SARS (ref. 18/11/13/379) no duty is charged on bequests made to St. Joseph’s Home for Children.

All donations received are used exclusively for and by St. Joseph’s Home in carrying out its mission to serve medically fragile and disabled children.

The names and contact details of donors are never sold or shared with other organisations. Your privacy is assured. We are audited annually, and are statements are available on request. They can also be viewed at offices of the Director of Non-Profit Organisations.
